Our Story

Eggie Cafe began as just a dream from a couple who were brought together by their love of food.

We're Chan and Rhianna. Somewhere during the bustle of culinary school, our paths crossed and we discovered our mutual passion for food and we shared our dreams of one day opening our own place together. In the midst of practicing our knife cuts and learning how to debone a chicken, we would share ideas of a place we used to call "The Greenhouse Cafe".

Years later, after gaining experience in the industry, our dreams can be realized when a once in a lifetime opportunity landed in front of us. Eggie Cafe is more than just a cafe—it is our 애기, the Korean word for baby. Born out of a dream we nurtured together, we are excited to bring this idea to life. As proud parents, we've poured our hearts into every detail, and watching our dream grow into a reality has been the most rewarding experience we've had.

Our mission at Eggie Cafe is to provide a space that feels cozy and welcoming, so you can feel the love and warmth that went into creating our dream. Whether you're here visiting with friends, or quickly running in to grab a bite in the middle of a busy work day, we hope that Eggie Cafe can be an inviting place wherein you can decompress, recharge, and feel welcome.
